Stock users can utilize Pods as a way to move inventory items in bulk and keep it organized.

Creating a Pod

Pods can be created by clicking the "+Add Pod" button on the Pods tab of the main Stock navigation menu.

In the window that pops up, give the Pod a name, brief description (if desired), and search for or scan a Stock Location. You can also print or download the unique QR code for the Pod.

Moving Items to a Pod

Once the Pod has been set up in your account, you can move items to the Pod in the same way that you move items to a Stock Location either manually on the Desktop or by scanning the QR codes.

Alternatively, you can move items in bulk to a Pod by going to the Stock>Locations page, clicking Edit Items, and selecting multiple items from within a Stock Location.

Once items are selected, click Move Items, search for and select a Pod, and confirm the move. Your items will now be in the Pod.

Moving a Pod

When the desired items have all been moved into the Pod, you can easily move all of the items in bulk to a different Stock Location by moving the Pod itself. On the Stock>Pod page, hover your mouse over the name of the Pod to bring up the arrow icon, and click it to bring up the Move Items window.

In the window that pops up, search for or scan the Stock Location to which you'd like to move your Pod, and click Submit. The window will also verify how many items are contained within this Pod that will be moved.

Viewing Items in a Pod

On the Stock>Pods page, you can see the name of each Pod, and clicking on the names will expand each Pod so you can view the items within the Pod.

If you are viewing the items on the Stock>Items page, the items that are located in the Pods will have their locations updated to reflect the name of the Pod, and then the Stock Location that contains the Pod.
