With Jetbuilt's Install platform, Install users have access to Time Tracking. They can clock in to track their time working in either Non-Project categories or projects that are in the Install stage.
Why aren't Projects showing up?
First thing to check - is the project in the Install stage? Check your Project Overview and make sure that your project is in the Install stage before moving on.
Does the technician have tasks assigned in the project?
In order to clock in to a project, a user must have tasks assigned to them in that project. A user with the "Create Tasks" Install permission should make sure that they have assigned the task in the Install Section of the project.
Why is my Install technician not showing up under "Assigned to"?
If an Install user is not showing up as a potential assignee, it's likely because they have not been added to the Installation Team. A user with the "Manage Team Viewing" permission should go to Install>Team and grant access to that technician. (NOTE: That technician must have Install's "Perform Tasks" permission.)
