Set up Categories where your Install users can clock in without working on a specific project.

When your Install user is tracking their work time but not working on a particular Project, they can select a Non-Project Category.

Creating New Categories

Under Settings > Company > Install, you should be able to create new Non-Project Labor Categories.

When your Install Tech attempts to clock in, they should be able to select these Non-Project Categories instead of a Project.

You can only use Time Tracking if you are subscribed to the Install Platform.
