To create a report, open your project and click "Reports" in the left nav bar and then click "+Add Report".

You will then see all of your Report Groups populated in a list in the "Create Project Report" window. Select the Report Group that you'd like to use, re-name the report as needed, then click "Generate".

This will render a PDF preview of your report.

Reports are static, so any changes you make to your project will not affect the reports you have already rendered. You can always render new reports after making changes in the Builder.

Downloading Proposals

Generated proposals can be downloaded as a .pdf file. This can come in handy for record keeping and to email proposals outside of Jetbuilt.

If a you have entered a custom proposal name in the "Create Project Report" window, this will be the name of the downloaded file. If the proposal has been signed using the eSign feature, the downloaded file will be [custom proposal name]-signed.pdf.

If you do not enter a custom proposal name and instead use the default report name, the file will be saved as [Project Name].pdf or [Project Name]-signed.pdf for proposals that have been signed.

Hope this helps - let us know if you have any questions!
