Once your project has been moved to the completed stage, the Jetbot Service Desk will allow your clients to scan the asset QR codes for troubleshooting.

For best results, be sure to include a scope of work in your project or create a scope using AI.

The Jetbot Service Desk has access to equipment lists (and their respective rooms and systems), scopes of work, service agreements, and spec sheets on the listed equipment in your projects for personalized troubleshooting capabilities.

Setting up your Settings

In order to enable the option for your clients to access the Jetbot Service Desk, you'll need to be sure of the following:

If you'd like the Jetbot Service Desk to schedule service appointments when needed, you can set your available Service Hours for your office under Settings>Service>[Office Name]:

When a Client Scans a QR Code

When a client scans a QR code, they will be directed to a page which will display the item information and your company information (as specified in your Service settings). If you are using the Jetbot Service Desk, the client will also see a button that says "Help Me Troubleshoot".

Clicking the "Help Me Troubleshoot" button will open the Jetbot Service Desk chat. Clients can tell the bot what problems they are encountering with their products, and the bot will lead the client through a series of troubleshooting steps to follow.

Service Cases Created by Jetbot Service Desk

The Jetbot Service Desk will open a new Service case in your team's Service case queue in Jetbuilt based on the information exchanged in the chat, including a full transcription. You can then view their service request, verify details, and follow up on any scheduled appointments.

You will see this case listed in your Unscheduled Case List with a description: "End User Submitted - Follow Up" in bold red, with a Service Status of "Pending".
