The asset management tool allows you to input and keep track of item information and details in your project like serial numbers, logins, IP addresses, warranty expirations, EOL dates, etc. All of your information will organized be in one place.

This article walks you through setting up your equipment for asset tracking, but you can also check out our video demonstrating Asset Management in action.

Turning on Asset Tracking for items in your Project:

Managing your Assets Tracking List:

Once you've selected the items you'd like to track, head over to the Assets area.

To add tracking information, just select an item. This will open up a modal where you can add the item's serial number, location, login information, warranty and EOL information, and any additional notes.

In the Warranty and EOL section, Funnel users have the option to set up reminders when equipment is reaching the end of life or end or warranty.

Select the checkbox under the "Create Lead" column, and when the item reaches EOL or EOW, the client will come up as a new lead so you can contact them about updating their expiring equipment.

Bulk Editing Asset Information:

You can click 'Edit Items' to quickly add item information, rather than opening up each individual item.
