Service module subscribers can manually create and edit time tracking sessions in service cases on the main page of the service case.

Adding a Session

On the main page of your Service Case, click on "+Add Session" under the Services section.

In the window that pops up, select a Technician, enter the dates and times for the time tracking session, choose a labor type, enter a description of the session, and click Save.

Please note: the available technicians and labor types that will appear in these dropdown menus will first need to be assigned in the Case Details.

Editing a Time Session

If you need to edit a time session on a service case, you can hover your mouse over the name of the entry to bring up the pencil icon. Click it, make any desired edits, and then click Save.

Once time sessions are added to the service case, they will appear in the Services section, and will also be included in the Total Labor calculations in the Service Pricing section (if applicable).

Viewing Time Sessions within a Service Case

To view or edit time sessions within a specific service case, click "View Expanded History":

This will display a Time Log of all time tracking entries that have been recorded for a specific service case. Clicking on an entry will expand the information and display an "Edit Entries" button, in case any edits are needed.

Viewing All Time Sessions

To view all time sessions from all service cases, you can navigate to Service>Time Tracking from the main menu.

This will display a Time Log for all time tracking sessions that have been entered for all service cases in your account. Clicking on an entry will expand the information and display an "Edit Entries" button, in case any edits are needed.

This list can be filtered by team member, and can also be exported to a .csv.
