Users who are subscribed to the Install Module can utilize the Project Install Task Calendar.
Please Note: In order to use the expanded interactive calendar, you'll need to enable the option "Use Scheduled Start Times" under Settings>Install in order to have access.
Viewing the Calendar
In your project, navigate to Install>Tasks to view the task list and calendar.
Tasks that have a date scheduled will appear on the corresponding calendar. Hovering over the avatar of the assigned user on the collapsed calendar will display the name of the task.
Interacting with the Expanded Calendar
The Project Install Calendar can be expanded by clicking the yellow arrow next to the month.
In this view, you can display the calendar by day, week, or month. Hovering over the avatar of the assigned user will display the task scheduled start and end times, the project name, the assigned users, the task name, and steps.
Tasks can be dragged and dropped within the calendar from day to day, and can also be dragged from the task list and dropped into the calendar to update the dates and times.
Tasks that are scheduled to run all day will appear at the top of the calendar day in yellow with a line that runs to the bottom of the day. Tasks that are past due and have not yet been marked as completed will appear in red.
All tasks are able to be filtered by Job Phase, Room, System, Tag, Status, and Assignment by using the left-side menu.
