To keep your projects organized and running smoothly, it is important to keep track of items that are in stock, items that have been ordered, and items that have been received. This article describes how to mark items 'In Stock' so you can easily see what items are available and what items need to be ordered.
Access the purchasing page through the Projects Area:
All the items you have assigned to the project will be listed under the Purchasing tab. From here you can see the status of each item. To mark an item as 'In Stock' select the item checkbox and select the 'Mark Items in Stock" button.
Once the item is marked 'In Stock' it will be labeled 'In Stock' instead of 'Not Ordered'.
