The 'Update' tool allows you to make changes to every instance of a given item in your project. This is a great tool if you have 200 speakers across 45 rooms that you need to update all at once.
To update all instances of an item in your project, use the following steps:
Open your project to the Builder, and select the item you'd like to use as the basis for updating the other like items in the project.
At the bottom of the "Edit Item" modal, you will see the 'Tools' section. Select the 'Update' Checkbox.
3. Click 'Save'. When you do this, every other instance of this item in the project will be updated with any changes you made.
NOTE: This will not update the quantity of the other like items.
