The Service platform works seamlessly with our Lite and Enterprise Platforms, and is a terrific addition to the Install, and Stock Modules, but it can function as its own stand alone module as well.

To add a Service Platform license, just go to Settings > Team and select the team member that you'd like to give Service functionality.

You will see an overlay with that user's permissions. Select one or both of the permissions at the bottom under the "Service Module" heading.

The new user will either be able to "Create and Edit Cases", "Perform Service", or both.

Note that selecting these options will automatically initiate a payment for the Service Platform. If you are in the middle of your billing cycle, the payment will be pro-rated.

If you want to remove the Service license from a user's account, then you can simply deselect the checkboxes to remove the Service Module Permissions:
