Many locations in Canada require two stacking tax rates. Jetbuilt allows you to add a second tax rate for projects that are set to a Canadian location. Here's how to do it!
To add a second tax rate:
Create a new project (or open Project Details on an existing project) and make sure the project site address country is set to Canada.
Scroll down to the Tax section, and click "+Add Tax"
This will open a new row of tax fields so you can enter a second tax name and rate. Please note that our "Lookup Tax" feature doesn't currently work outside of the US - you will need to manually enter the rate. (We're looking into better solutions for this!)
When you have two tax rates entered on a project, it will show the combined rate in the Builder as a single tax line, but on your proposals it will show a separate line for each tax type.
