A "Lead Time" is the manufacturer's estimated time to ship an item.

In an effort to help give you a sense of availability for the items used in your projects, Jetbuilt has implemented a Lead Time indicator. When available, this information can be easily seen while adding an item to a project.

We launched this feature with an initial batch of manufacturers feeding us the data. Each week more and more vendors are beginning to include Lead Times with their updates!
