Jetbuilt Dashboard

Customize the information you want to see on your personal dashboard

Written by Support

The personal dashboard can be customized to display the information you'd prefer to see in your desired layout. To open the dashboard for editing, hover over Dashboard on the main menu to bring up the pencil icon.

Once the dashboard is open for editing, you can select which Data Options you'd like to have contribute to the dashboard totals by selecting the checkboxes for the desired Offices.

Drag and Drop the Info Blocks

To customize the layout, drag and drop the available info blocks onto the page in your desired positions. Grab the name of the block from the Available Blocks list and drag it into one of the 6 available spaces on the dashboard.

Some blocks can be stretched tall or wide to display more information by clicking the blue expansion arrow in the bottom right corner of the block, and dragging it into a neighboring space. Delete unwanted blocks by clicking the red trash can icon.

Launch Log

The Launch Log shows you all of the newest features Jetbuilt has released across all modules! Click "Read More" for available help articles on each feature.

New Opportunities

See new projects created by all users in your account. Info includes the project owner, project number, and project price/budget, as well as the option to display the description.

Company Snapshot

The company snapshot gives you a total of all your un-sold and recently sold projects at a quick glance.

The 'Total Pipeline' is a sum of all the unsold projects. Unsold projects are projects in the Opportunity, Estimate, Pre-Engineering, Proposal, and Revisions stages (as well as the Lead stage for Funnel users).

The 'Projected Pipeline' takes the same number involved in calculating the 'Total Pipeline' and weights them based on the confidence factor (probability %) that they will sell.

'Closing in 30 Days' refers to the projects in a pipeline stage that have a close date within 30 days.

'Closed in the last 30 Days' and 'Completed within the last 30 days' refers to the projects which have been sold or marked as completed within the last 30 days.

Refresh this list at any time for the most up to date information!
