When using the Install platform to manage project tasks you can choose if you want tasks to be assigned with due dates or as a scheduled task. To do this go to Settings > Company > Install where you can select 'Use Scheduled Start Times' or 'Use Due Dates. Then click 'Update Task Planning'.
