The Sales Forecast Summary Report is available to any user who is subscribed to the Funnel platform. To access the Sales Forecast Summary Report click on the 'Reporting' tab in the navigation bar on the left.
This report is meant to forecast future sales, however, it does allow past dates to be selected. These are grouped together in a single 'Past' column.
Starting from 'Today', the projects/opportunities are totaled together by their close date. These are any projects in the Opportunity, Estimate, or Proposal stages.
Projects in the Lead stage are also included, but since they do not have a close date they are shown in the 'No Close' column.
The default date range goes from the first close date to the last close date. So, if the first close date is in April 2020 and the last close date is in November 2021, new columns for each month's projects will be created up to the last close date in November 2021.
You can adjust the date range to suit your needs at the top by selecting a start date and selecting an end date. You can also make use of the Preset Dates, which allow for simpler report generation. The 'ALL' preset will include all past and future close dates.
You can also select which project close dates to show based on sales rep, project stage, and Office.
Once you have selected the desired date ranges, the sales reps, project stages, and Offices, click the blue 'Run Report' button on the top right corner. Once the report is generated, you can export it as a CSV file.
