How to check the status of your Vendor connections

To check the status of your dealer pricing connections, go to the Vendors area.

In the column on the far right, you will see your vendor relationship status. 

Request Pricing Integration: This means you haven't requested a connection yet. Clicking on this link will open a new window where you'll be able to upload your price sheet in either Excel or PDF format. (NOTE: The recommended way to upload price sheets - whether many or just one - is by clicking on the blue "Connect to or Update Vendors in Bulk" button.)

Pending Administrator Response: We are reviewing your price sheet in this phase. It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process and connect your price sheet.

Pending Vendor Response: Our vendor partner has received a request from you to connect to their pricing and will approve or deny your pricing connection based on your business relationship with them.

Connected to Vendor: You are now connected and can view your cost for all of this vendor's items. 

You should receive an email once your price sheets are connected, but if you have any questions about your dealer pricing status, please reach out to us in Support chat!
