Funnel, Install, and Service
To add access to the Funnel, Install, or Service modules, you will need to add permissions for yourself and for your team members. To do this, go to Settings>Team>click on a User, scroll down in the window that pops up, select the checkboxes for the module permissions that you'd like to grant access to, and click Save.
NOTE: As soon as you add permissions to these modules, you will be charged a prorated amount for those additions.
To remove the module from your subscription, deselect all the boxes under the desired module for each user, and click Save.
Stock
To activate the Stock module in your account, go to Settings>Billing, and click the "Activate Stock" button next to Stock.
This will activate Stock for every user in your company, though you will still need to grant permissions for each user that should have access. Go to Settings>Team>click on a User, scroll down and select the checkboxes for the Stock permissions, and click Save.
NOTE: As soon as you activate the Stock module, you will be charged a prorated amount for Stock based on the number of active Project users.
To remove the Stock module from your subscription, click the "Remove Stock" button.
Portal
To activate the Portal module in your account, go to Settings>Billing, and click the "Activate Portal" button next to Portal.
Portal is now active and you can begin inviting your clients to join!
NOTE: As soon as you activate the Portal module, you will be charged a prorated amount for Portal based on the number of clients you invite.
To remove Portal from your subscription, click the "Remove Portal" button. This will also deactivate all your current active Portal clients.
IMPORTANT: There are NO refunds for module subscriptions. Selecting these options will automatically initiate a payment for whichever module you have activated permissions. (If you are in the middle of your billing cycle, the payment will be prorated.)
We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please reach out to us in Support chat.
