Every project in Jetbuilt can include manufacturer-provided training for the equipment you've added. Links to videos, courses, and guides appear straight from the brands you're specifying, surfaced right inside the project.
Where to find it
Open any project and look for Training & Resources in the left-hand navigation menu, below Assets. It only appears once at least one item in your project has training material available from its manufacturer.
What you'll see
Each piece of training is shown as its own card, including:
The manufacturer and model it applies to
Which room in your project uses that item
A short description of what the training covers
The training format (online course, video series, product demo, etc.) and, when available, its length
A Start Course or Watch Training button that opens the training in a new browser tab
If the same item is used in multiple rooms, its training card only appears once.
New training indicator
A green dot appears next to Training & Resources in the navigation whenever new training has become available since you last opened the page, with a count of how many new items there are. The dot clears as soon as you open the page, and reappears if more training-eligible items are added later.
A few things to know
Training links open on the manufacturer's own website, outside of Jetbuilt. You'll need to be signed in to that manufacturer's training platform if one is required.
Not every item will have training available. This depends entirely on whether the manufacturer has provided it to Jetbuilt.
Training & Resources is populated automatically based on the items in your project. There's nothing to set up or configure.
