Journey is a running log of changes in a project: what happened, when, who did it, and the project total at that moment. Use it to answer "who changed that?" and to see how a project got from first estimate to signed contract.
Where to find it
Open a project, click Tools on the left side menu, then click Journey.
Reading the log
The newest activity is at the top, grouped under date headers like Today, Yesterday, and specific dates. Each row has four columns:
When: the time the change happened.
Event: an icon and a short description of what changed. The icon matches the filter the event belongs to.
Project Total: the project's total price right after the change, so you can see how each edit moved the number. Events that don't affect price, like sending a proposal or creating a purchase order, show the total unchanged.
Who: the person who made the change.
Filtering the log
Journey opens on All Events. A long project can have a lot of activity, so use the filter list on the left to narrow it down. Click any category, like Proposals or Purchase Orders, and the log shows only those events. Click All Events to go back to the full list.

Good to know
Options and change orders: when an item, bundle, or labor is added to or removed from an option or change order, the option or CO name is added to the end of the event, like 2x Shure WA153 Added to FOH/Audio - Option Lobby Upgrade. Events with no name on the end happened in the main project.
Quantity changes: these read like Yamaha DM5 QTY Changed from 1 to 2 in FOH/Audio, so you can see both the old and new number.
Restoring from trash: if you restore an item or bundle from the trash, that shows up as its own event.
Funnel leads: a lead's creation is recorded right away, but it only appears in Journey once the lead becomes a project.
Existing projects: Journey doesn't go back and fill in history. Existing projects only show changes made from now on.
Other item edits: changes to an item's price, cost, or discount are logged as item modifications. If you move an item to a different room or system, the event says so.
Long logs: Journey loads a batch of rows at a time. Scroll to the bottom and the next batch loads automatically, so there are no pages to click through.
Exporting: you can export the Journey log to a CSV file.
