The Project Summary is a great tool for your team to quickly view the overall intent and design of your project. Jetbot reads the project components and then breaks out the important information in an easy to understand layout.
Create the Summary
To use the Project Summary, click the Summary tab of your project on the left side menu.
Jetbot will then summarize your project and display all relevant information in a block style layout including the general project intent, a list of Systems, and the specific intent of each Room.
Each System and Room name is a clickable shortcut that will bring you back to the Builder to view the items within the Room/System.
If you'd like to utilize Jetbot Recommend to make edits to your project, click the "Modify Project" button on the right above the Project Intent section.
Once changes have been made to your project, you can refresh the Summary by clicking the "Refresh" button located under the project name in the top left corner.
Displaying the Summary in a Proposal
While the Summary tab within the project is available to provide context and clarity for your team, there is also a version of the Summary that can be included in proposals for your clients.
To include the Summary in your proposals, create the company page within the Designer, and then drag and drop it into your desired report group.
