Jetbot Scope Preferences

Jetbot can create your scopes of work the way you need them.

Written by Support

With the Jetbot scope personality settings, you can tell Jetbot how to create your scope of work, the level of technical detail, organizational method, and additional preferences to further refine your scopes, ensuring that your client has the intended understanding of your proposals.

Settings Location

You can find your Jetbot scope preferences under Settings > Jetbot > Project.

Scope of Work Defaults

Once in the Jetbot Project settings, describe your default scope of work personality, helping you keep your company's brand voice consistent across all projects.

Technical Detail of Scope

Next, choose the language that Jetbot will use when it comes to your customers' level of understanding. Select if you want Jetbot to use simple, moderate, or highly technical language.

Organization of Scope

Then, select how Jetbot will organize your scopes. It can either be conversational paragraphs, bullet-pointed lists, or a hybrid mix of the two.

Additional Preferences

There are two additional preference options that you can select. You can tell Jetbot not to mention cables and other minor parts and consumables in your scopes, and you can tell Jetbot not to mention model names and numbers in your scopes, meaning it will use "Shure microphone" instead of "Shure SM57-LC".

When you're done in this settings area, please click Update to save your preferences.
