To create a Stock pick list, go to a project and go to the Stock page. Next, click Edit Items in the top right or bottom left.
The Stock page will now show checkboxes. Select all or some of the items you want to have appear on the pick list, then click Pick List at the bottom.
In the Create Pick List window that appears, you will:
Search for a Stock location in the Move These Items To field.
The available Location options will be your Company Locations and specific Project Locations you already created in Stock
NOTE: The only Project Locations that will appear are ones for the project you are in. (e.g., you are in P-261, so a Project Location for P-577 will not appear - only Project Locations attached to P-261 will appear.)
Select a Stock location.
The selected location will be what generates on the pick list as the Move To location for the person supplied with the printed pick list.
Add additional notes, if desired.
Click Create Pick List.
Now you have a generated pick list that can be printed and supplied.
