Where to find and how to use the Company Calendar

The Company Calendar is a great way to coordinate all the Sales tasks, Install tasks, and Service appointments for your company.

Please Note: If you have the Install module, you'll need to enable the option "Use Scheduled Start Times" under Settings>Install in order to have access to the Jetbuilt calendar.

There are 3 different areas where you can access this calendar.

On the Dashboard:

On the Install Tab of the main menu (for Install Users):

On the Service tab of the main menu (for Service users):

Company Calendar

On the calendar page, you can display the calendar dates by day, week, or month to view the tasks within. Hovering over the avatar of the assigned user will display the task scheduled start and end times, the project name, the assigned users, the task name, and steps.

Tasks that are scheduled to run all day will appear at the top of the calendar day in yellow with a line that runs to the bottom of the day. Tasks that are past due and have not yet been marked as completed will appear in red.

The tasks are able to be dragged and dropped within the calendar to update the date and time.

All tasks displayed on the calendar are able to be filtered by Office, Status, Event Type, and Team Member:
