When your Install user is tracking their work time, but not working on a particular Project, Non-Project Categories are an awesome option to use.
Creating New Categories
Under Settings > Install, you are able to create new Non-Project Categories.
When your Install Tech attempts to clock in, they should be able to select these Non-Project Categories instead of a Project.
